1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You", "Your") and og777 ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Platform"), a Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) licensed online gaming operator. By registering for an account, accessing our website at og777.cam, using our mobile applications, or engaging with any og777 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using og777 services and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of our platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use og777 services:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing our services.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• You must not be a self-excluded individual or have been excluded by og777 or any other gambling operator.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

To access og777 gaming services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during registration. You agree to provide your legal name, valid email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, residential address, and any other information required by our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

We reserve the right to request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID), recent utility bills, bank statements, and screenshots or photos of payment accounts (GCash, PayMaya, etc.). Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Single Account Policy

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with og777. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, voiding of all bets, and forfeiture of account balances. This prohibition extends to accounts created using different personal information, email addresses, or payment methods if determined to be controlled by the same individual.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used for other online services
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify og777 of any unauthorized account access or security breach
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

You acknowledge that you are fully liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

og777 accepts deposits through GCash, PayMaya, Philippine bank transfers, and other payment methods displayed on our platform. Minimum deposit amounts are ₱100 PHP. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of demonstrated technical error on our part. You must deposit only funds that you legally own and have the right to use for gambling purposes.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within twelve (12) to forty-eight (48) hours of submission, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status and verification level. We do not charge withdrawal fees, though third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.

3.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentives issued by og777 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.

Wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

og777 complies with all Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse, freeze, or reverse transactions that appear suspicious or potentially related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal activities. In such cases, we may report your activities to relevant authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

4. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

4.1 Game Integrity

All og777 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment to ensure fair and random outcomes. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party laboratories including iTech Labs and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games and are calculated over millions of game rounds.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other players in multiplayer games
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times
• Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith

• Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your location
• Any form of fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of information

4.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, og777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If a malfunction occurs after a game round has begun but before it concludes, og777 will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-malfunction state or issue a refund. Decisions on malfunction disputes are final and made at our sole discretion.

4.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Unless otherwise stated in specific game rules or promotion terms, the maximum payout for any single bet is ₱10,000,000 PHP. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ₱500,000 PHP. Progressive jackpot wins are paid according to the terms of the specific jackpot game and are not subject to these limits.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

og777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide various tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, software, text, images, and other materials available on the og777 platform (collectively, "Content") are the property of og777, its licensors, or third-party content providers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the og777 platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without our express written permission.

The og777 name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of og777. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE OG777 PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OG777 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, OG777 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OG777'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR OG777 ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ₱50,000 PHP, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

7.3 Force Majeure

og777 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, pandemic, governmental actions, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, power outages, or cyber attacks.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All gaming activities are subject to PAGCOR regulations and oversight.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of og777 services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

Arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, though the arbitrator may award costs to the prevailing party.

8.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and og777 individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against og777.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of og777 services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable Philippine privacy laws.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data subject to our legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

10. Amendments to Terms

og777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where required by law, by sending notice to your registered email address.

Your continued use of og777 services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services and close your account.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your og777 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance (subject to completion of wagering requirements and verification procedures). If you fail to withdraw your balance within ninety (90) days of account closure, og777 may deduct administrative fees from your remaining balance.

11.2 Termination by og777

og777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• You engage in behavior that harms og777 or other users
• Required by law or regulatory directive

In the event of termination for breach of Terms, og777 may forfeit your account balance and void any outstanding bets. We reserve the right to withhold payment and report fraudulent activity to law enforcement authorities.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by og777 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by og777 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without og777's prior written consent. og777 may assign these Terms to any successor entity or in connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on our platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and og777 concerning your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
